To Do in Case of a Motor Vehicle Accident?
1.
Immediately report the accident to proper police authorities.
2. Accomplish a TRAFFIC ACCIDENT
SITUATION FORM/ISAP Form No. 2589/96 (the form is attached to your poliy)
3. In case the driver involved in the accident fled and the vehicle was not identified,
gather and collect information from the witness/es at the accident scene.
4. Take necessary steps to prevent further damage or losses to vehicle.
5. In case of injured pedestrian/s or occupant/s of the vehicle, evacuate immediately
those requiring medical attention.
6. IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY either orally or in writing.
7. Submit the required documents to support your claim.
